About MochiTail

MochiTail is a family base ragdoll cat breeder which is registered with CFA & TICA. Each of our sires and dams goes through DNA tests by Optimal Selection and has tested negative for HCM and PKD to ensure the high quality of Ragdolls. All our kittens have up-to-date vaccines, CFA or TICA registration paperwork, etc. We are located in Northern Virginia.

How to reserve your new family member?

There are two options: Waiting list and Currently available.

  • If you decide to wait for a MochiTail kitten, you are welcome to contact us via email. Please let us know your name, phone number, email address, and the color/pattern that you are interested in. A deposit of $500 is required and the waiting time depends on the color/pattern you want and my breeding plan for the year. When there are kittens available, we will let you choose your kitten in the order on the waitlist. And at that time another $500 reservation fee needs to be paid. The deposit and reservation fee are non-refundable, however, they will be applied toward the ending balance.
  • If you choose currently available kittens. Please contact us via email. We request you to pay a deposit of $500 and a reservation fee of $500 when you make the decision. The deposit and reservation fee are non-refundable, however, they will be applied toward the ending balance. All kittens need to be at least four months old to be picked up.

We will post our breeding plan and available kittens on our web page and on social media. Please follow us for the last update. Please contact us once you have the decision, and we offer first come first serve. Please email us if you have any questions. mochitailcattery@gmail.com

Pet Quality

Pet B starting at 2000.00
Pet B quality kittens may have white beyond the outside edge of the eye or a narrow “”V” pattern. Or at least one penalization of the breed standard.

Pet A starting at 2500.00
Pet A quality kittens have nearly the same quality as show quality. However, they may have large spots on their limbs or paws or white spots on their back, tail or ears.

Show Quality B

Starting at 3000.00
The Show Quality ragdoll kitten is or is nearly perfectly marked.

Show Quality A

Starting at $4000.00
Very rare ragdoll kitten with super fluffy coat, big bone structure, perfect marking, deep blue eyes, and a clingy personality.

Retired

Starting at 1500.00+

The fee includes: up to age vaccination, deworming, veterinarian exam, the spay/neuter procedure, microchip, certificate from TICA/CFA, MochiTatil contract, and a welcome home package. Breeder guarantees no HCM or PKD for 2 years.

Show+Breeder right

Price Varies

The fee includes: up to age vaccination, deworming, veterinarian exam, microchip, certificate from TICA/CFA, MochiTatil contract, and a welcome home package. We do not offer kittens with breeding rights to any individual, unknown breeders, or unknown catteries. Breeding rights will be given to only registered breeders, in good standing after knowing for a period of time.
